Trial period
BUMA offers a free trial of 30 days, starting on the date your trial account is approved. The trial is offered once per institution and is intended for evaluating the platform.
What's included
During the trial you may use the BUMA modules available in your requested plan. Trial access is provided for evaluation and carries no long-term commitment.
No automatic charges
No payment is taken during or at the end of the trial, and your account will not be converted to a paid subscription automatically.
Continuing with BUMA
To keep using BUMA after the trial, the institution must sign BUMA's Service Agreement and pay the annual subscription fee for its category and size, as shown on the pricing page. VAT is added where applicable.
If you do not continue
When the trial ends without a signed agreement and payment, access for your institution, staff, and students will be suspended. You will have 30 days to request an export of your data. After that period, your institution's data will be permanently deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.
Your data during the trial
Entering real student and family data is allowed. The institution remains responsible for obtaining appropriate parental consent under applicable local law, and BUMA's Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy apply throughout the trial.
Approval
Trial accounts are created after review by the BUMA team. BUMA may decline or end a trial where the information provided is inaccurate or the platform is used improperly.
Acceptance
By requesting a trial, the institution confirms that its authorized representative has read and accepted these Free Trial Terms.
